Home-made Bibimbap

Yay! Today my friend made a bibimbap for our dinner. Bibimbap is a korean cuisine.Korean restaurants proliferated everywhere. I’ve been addicted with it for some time now. Try it at home! It’s easy!

Bibimbap ingredients:
Japanese rice
sukiyaki beef (Monterey)
sesame seeds
red-pepper paste (available in korean grocery stores)
cucumber/zucchini
bean sprouts
sunny-side up egg
mushroom (dried/button)

Note:
if you hate spicy ones, try using oyster sauce as an alternative instead.
