• Arirang Town Staff and Volunteers will be outside the venue for those who will claim their tickets. Ticket claiming for winners is from 10am to 1pm only.
• Ticket winners must present any ID bearing their name.
• For those who will send a representative to claim their tickets, just provide your representative an authorization letter + a photocopy of your ID.
• FOR WALK-IN AUDIENCE or those who didn’t win any tickets. Please wait until 1pm. All unclaimed tickets will be given to walk-in audience. Strictly 1 ticket per person, on a first come – first serve basis.
• Seats are on a First Come – First Serve basis. Once you get your tickets from any of our staff, you can already fall in line at the audience entrance. No reservation of seats.
• Food and Drinks aren’t allowed inside the venue. You eat some lunch first at the Star City’s food court located beside Aliw Theater before going inside the theater.
• Cameras are allowed — so you can capture tomorrows festivities.
• We encourage everyone to bring light sticks (whatever color). We want to create a concert-like atmosphere tomorrow!
• Lastly, hold on to your tickets all throughout the show for end-of-the-show raffle.
