Alabang area is a place that I rarely visit. Because aside from it is far from my place. It is also notoriously known for the endless traffic jam you can get yourself into. Although Kristian and I rarely visit this area, we brave the traffic once we find something that can be worth going to. In one of our recent visits there, we had the privilege of dining at one of the newest Pizza Place in town, the Firehouse Pizza.
Located at Crimson Hotel Filinvest City. The resto was officially opened to the public last month.
Firehouse Pizza’s bright interior was pretty inviting. Perfect for a leisurely lunch or a relaxing after work treat. It’s open for diners from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.
They have an Italian-style fire oven where they prepare and bake the pizza. In fact, I was amazed by how they prepared our orders.
Drinks range from juices and smoothies to alcohol.
SALADS
If salad is your thing, try these salads it’s a great appetizer!
Burrata Salad has garden tomatoes, burrata cheese, mesclun leaves and balsamic olive oil. The ingredient tasted fresh, which made it more enjoyable to eat.
This one is my favorite! It’s composed of tomato, olives, cucumber, onion, basil leaves, bell pepper, and crispy bread.
For the Calzone Salad, it is made up of baby spinach, dried tomato, pesto juice, and parmesan.
SIGNATURE PIZZAS
A trip at Firehouse Pizza is not complete without tasting their signature Pizzas!
Classic Pizza topped with Prosciutto, chorizo, meatballs, jalapeno, salam, rucola and chili oil
Pizza topped with vodka cured beetroot salmon, capers, spinach and zucchini
Pizza topped with meatballs, eggs, olives, artichokes, mushroom and thyme
Pizza topped with shrimps, mussels, squid, garlic and lemon zest
You can have additional toppings too.
Antipasti Platter is composed of assorted cheese, mushroom, olives, salami, prosciutto, peperoni and artichoke
Garlic & Herbs flatbread with Dip is made of pesto and tomato concase
DRINKS
For the drinks, they offered various selection of alcoholic drinks which is good for the people who wanna chill out after a stressful day of work
We really enjoyed eating pizzas and salad here. It has a more casual and relaxing vibe, perfect for a hang out place for families and friends especially to those people who work or reside around Alabang / Muntinlupa.
