Food

We started our banquet with the Fried shrimp in salted egg sauce (P388). A lightly coated fried shrimps in special salted egg and mango salsa.

If salads are your thing, try their Abbiocco’s Ensalada ala Anton (P348) ! Here, you’ll get a serving of romaine and iceberg lettuce, smoked bacons bits biscocho, sundried local tomatoes, parmesan cheese and Abbioco’s very own salad dressing. Every ingredient tasted really fresh and each had various textures, which made it more enjoyable to eat.

If sandwich is your thing, try their Abbiocco’s Decker Sandwich (P358), it’s a great appetizer! Here, you’ll get a whole wheat bread with roasted chicken breast, scrambled native eggs, smoked bacon, lechon kawali flakes, cucumber, lettuce and tomatoes with calamansi and garlic mayonnaise. The ingredient tasted fresh, which made it more enjoyable to eat.

For a beef lover like me, you must try Abbiocco’s 6 hours Oven Braised Lamb Shank (P1888) which is served with Abbiocco rice and side vegetables. I guess this one is my favorites among the other dishes that we have tried. The dish comes off as tender, flavorful and juicy.

For the rice variations, we had their best-seller which is Paella Valenciana (P888). It’s around and long grain rice with sofrito, grilled chorizo, prawns, squid, mussels, chicken, and eggs.

For the dessert, we had leche flan. This is my favorite Filipino traditional dessert. I’m so glad they’ve one here.

For the drinks, they offered cocktails for us which is a good deal for the people who wanna chill out after a stressful day of work. There is a various selection of drinks so I am sure that you will not be disappointed.
